Participation in the contest is voluntary. By proceeding with competition, the customer/participant agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

1. How to Enter:

1. Any active rental customer of Edunetwork Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Rentomojo”) at starting of the competition (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) needs to make a minimum of two (2) referrals to enter the competition. The Participant will be provided with a unique referral link or code.
2. The referred person needs to use the unique referral link or code provided by the Participant.
3. Upon successful referral, the referred person would need to rent products from Rentomojo with a minimum monthly rental of INR 1000 and a minimum rental tenure of six (6) months.
4. A successful referral would be only counted if the Participant has live orders of rental products from Rentomojo and the referred person has an active order and paid monthly rentals on the due dates.
5. Any use of fake profiles or any fraudulent means to increase referral scores is strictly prohibited. If any Participant is found to be indulging in manipulation or fraudulent activity will be barred from the referral contest, at Rentomojo’s sole discretion.
6. Any referrals made without using the unique code or link shall be not considered a valid referral. Any referrals made before or after the Contest Duration shall not be considered as valid referral.

2. Contest Duration:

1. The contest will be starting from 12:00 AM (IST) on 20th May 2024 and will be live till 11:59 PM (IST) on 20th June 2024. Post this, no further entries to the contest will be accepted.

3. Eligibility:

1. The Participant must be registered on Rentomojo's platform and have active orders at the beginning of the competition to take part in the campaign.
2. Any Participant who is an employee of Rentomojo shall not be eligible for participation in this contest.
3. No entry fee is necessary to participate in this contest.
4. Rentomojo will send the leaderboard on a weekly basis to the Participants. The Participant agrees to receive such emails from Rentomojo.

4. Prize:

1. Each of the top 10 Participants, having the highest number of successful referrals shall win one iPad or one PlayStation (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”).

1. By entering this contest, the Participant has read the terms and conditions and indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Rentomojo shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any Participant should be disqualified by any reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason.
2. Rentomojo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. The Prize cannot be encashed or refunded.
5. Rentomojo reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
6. Neither Rentomojo nor any of its respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees, nor any agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, lost/delayed/misdirected mail, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entry.
7. The winner will be chosen by a panel at Rentomojo.
8. The winner will be notified by email, call and/or message/email on 20 th July 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted, Rentomojo reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select any other person solely at its discretion.
9. Rentomojo will notify the winner when and how the Prize will be delivered.  Rentomojo shall not be liable for any delay or loss or damage to the Prize during transit or delivery.
10. Rentomojo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. This acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Bangalore and the courts in Bangalore alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
12. By entering the contest, the Participant consents to Rentomojo to use, in any media (including the Internet), their name, photograph, voice, place of residence and statement regarding the Prize for publicity and advertising purposes, without any compensation or notice and the Participant will not claim or demand at any time any compensation or favour from Rentomojo. The information relating to the Participant winner or any other Participant will be used solely in accordance with current Indian data protection legislation.
13. The winner will be required to provide their Name, Age, Email Address and residential address along with their contact number & Government ID proof in order to receive a confirmation of their prize.
14. The giveaway prize will be dispatched to the winner at their shared address within 30 days of them sharing their details.
15. The winner cannot transfer the prize to any other individual. Rentomojo, at its sole discretion without any liability, reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contest, which includes extension, withdrawal or discontinuation of the contest without notice or assigning any reason. In case of amendment of terms and conditions, it will be posted on the Rentomojo website.    
16. Rentomojo also reserves the right to cancel the competition due to Force majeure events i.e. if circumstances arise beyond the control of Rentomojo.
17. Rentomojo (including its affiliates, group companies, its directors, and its employees) will not be liable to any Participant or Participant Winner for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of the Prize. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
18. Any claims in relation to the use, operation, service and warranty of the prize shall be as per the manufacturer’s standard policy applicable to the products being given as a prize. 
19. The Customer/Participants hereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Rentomojo and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, investors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of any act or omission of the Participant. 
20. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Rentomojo reserves its rights to disqualify and/or seek damages from any individual making any such attempts to the full extent permitted by law.
