Participation in the referral contest (“Contest”) is voluntary. By proceeding with the Contest, the Participant (defined hereinbelow) agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions

1. How to Enter:
   1. Any active rental customer of Edunetwork Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Rentomojo”) at starting of the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) needs to make a minimum of two (2) referrals to enter the Contest. The Participant will be provided with a unique referral link or code.
   2. The referred person needs to use the unique referral link or code provided by the Participant.
   3. For referral to be counted as successful, the referred person would need to rent products from Rentomojo with a minimum monthly rental of INR 1000 and a minimum rental tenure of six (6) months.
   4. A successful referral would be only counted if the Participant has live orders of rental products from Rentomojo and the referred person has an active order and paid monthly rentals on the due dates.
   5. Any use of affiliate marketing tools / agencies, fake profiles or any fraudulent means to increase referral scores is strictly prohibited. If any Participant is found to be indulging in manipulation or fraudulent activity will be barred from the Contest, at Rentomojo’s sole discretion.
   6. Any referrals made without using the unique code or link shall be not considered a valid referral. Any referrals made before or after the Contest duration shall not be considered as valid referral.

   
   

2. Contest Duration
   
   1. The Contest will be starting from 12:00AM (IST) on October 07, 2024 and will be live till 11:59 PM (IST) on November 21, 2024. Post this, no further entries to the Contest will be accepted
   
   
3. Eligibility:
   1. The Participant must be registered on Rentomojo's platform and have active orders at the beginning of the Contest to take part in the same.
   2. No entry fee is necessary to participate in this Contest
   3. Any person engaging or already engaged in affiliate marketing during the duration of the contest shall not be allowed to participate in the Content.
   
   
4. Prize:
   1. Each of the top 6 Participants (“Winners”), having the highest number of successful referrals, shall stand a chance to win INR 50,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand only) worth of ‘MakeMyTrip’ Gift Cards (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”). It is to be clarified that the Prize amount is subject to the deduction of taxes as per applicable laws. Post deduction of taxes, the value of the Prize may be reduced equal to an amount as per applicable laws.
   
   
5. General Terms and Conditions:
   1. By entering this Contest, the Participant has read the terms and conditions and indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   2. Rentomojo shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any Participant should be disqualified by any reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason.
   3. Rentomojo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   4. Rentomojo will send the leaderboard on a weekly basis to the Participants. The Participant agrees to receive such emails from Rentomojo
   5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
   6. The Prize shall not be encashed or refunded. However, Rentomojo reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
   7. The Winners will be chosen by a panel at Rentomojo.
   8. The Winners will be notified by email, call and/or message/email on December 05, 2024. On receiving the email / message, the Winners shall have to post the screenshot of the same on their respective social media handles (Instagram / Threads / X / Facebook / LinkedIn) and shall have to share with Rentomojo the link of such post. Post receiving such links, Rentomojo shall share the Prize with the Winners.
   9. If a Winner cannot be contacted, Rentomojo reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the said Winner and select any other person solely at its discretion.
   10. Rentomojo will notify the Winner the manner in which the Prize shall be made available to him / her.
   11. This acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Bangalore and the courts in Bangalore alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
   12. By entering the Contest, the Participant consents to Rentomojo to use, in any media (including the Internet), their name, photograph, voice, place of residence and statement regarding the Prize for publicity and advertising purposes, without any compensation or notice and the Participant will not claim or demand at any time any compensation or favour from Rentomojo. The information relating to the Winner or any other Participant will be used solely in accordance with current Indian data protection legislations.
   13. The Winner shall be required to provide their Name, Age, name of the employer (if in employment) and designation, email address and residential address along with their contact number & Government ID proof in order to receive a confirmation of their Prize.
   14. The code to access the Prize shall be given to the Winners within 30 days of them sharing their details.
   15. The Prize is non-transferable, and the Winners shall not be allowed to transfer the Prize to any other individual or entity.
   16. Rentomojo, at its sole discretion without any liability, reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, which includes extension, withdrawal or discontinuation of the Contest without notice or assigning any reason. In case of amendment of terms and conditions, it will be posted on the Rentomojo’s website
   17. Rentomojo also reserves the right to cancel the Contest due to Force Majeure events i.e. if circumstances arise beyond the control of Rentomojo
   18. Rentomojo (including its affiliates, group companies, its directors, officers, shareholders, agents and employees) will not be liable or responsible to any Participant / Winner for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, lost/delayed/misdirected mail, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entry; and / or (b) any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of the Prize. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation / termination / determination of this Contest.
   19. Rentomojo (including its affiliates, group companies, its directors, officers, shareholders, agents and employees) further disclaims any liability with respect to the inability of the Winner(s) to utilize the Prize due to any reason whatsoever, but not attributable to Rentomojo. Winners are advised to read and adhere to the ‘Privacy Policy’, ‘User Agreement’, ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Terms and Conditions – Gift Cards’ available on the website / mobile applications of MakeMyTrip (“MMTPlatform”) and contact MakeMyTrip customer care in case of any assistance in relation to the aforesaid.
   20. Any claims in relation to the use, operation and applicability of the Prize shall be as per MakeMyTrip’s ‘User Agreement’, ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Terms and Conditions – Gift Cards’ applicable to gift cards being given as Prize.
   21. The Winners shall not be allowed to club the Prize with any other discount code or offers available on the MMT Platform.
   22. The Participants hereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Rentomojo and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, investors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of any act or omission of the Participant.
   23. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Rentomojo reserves its rights to disqualify and/or seek damages from any individual making any such attempts to the full extent permitted by law.
